Powder coating is a physical process that absorb the dry powder onto the surface of aluminium profile according to the principle of electrostatic spraying .After grilling at over 200℃, the powder solidifies into a thickness of about 60 microns, firm and bright coating, which makes the surface smooth and homogeneous .Powder coated aluminium profile has a great performance at acid resistance, alkali resistance, impact resistance and abrasive resistance. With a service life of up to 30 years under normal conditions, its coating is no fading, no discoloration and no cracking in 5-10 years. Its weather adaptability and corrosion is better than ordinary aluminum profile.We provide a variety of colors for you to choose.
